From classic dishes to modern twists, The Original Pittsburgh Taco Festival features over 25 food trucks serving more than just tacos. Vendors to look forward to in 2026 include Don Polo Mexican Food, Tacos La Catedral, and Juniper Grill.
Enjoy empanadas, pupusas, arepas, and other delicious Mexican street food, as well as ice pops and fresh fruit. Vegan and gluten-free options will also be available from different vendors. Plus, there will be full bars with plenty of options for your favorite cocktail and mocktail taco pairings.
