Learn the basics of handstanding and how to train for your handstand goals. This 90 minute workshop will be led by Nadia, our best inversions teacher, and will cover all the basics of handstands - everything you need to start or advance your practice!
The first half of the workshop will cover:
- hand placement
- mobility exercises for wrists and shoulders
- a thorough full-body warm-up
The second half of the workshop will include drills that cover:
- over-head mobility
- core engagement
- strengthening exercises specific to handstanding
Participants will leave this workshop feeling inspired to continue their handstand journey with knowledge and confidence. Being able to hold a 30 second plank is a prerequisite skill for this workshop.
