Gently flow through yoga poses centered around foot and ankle health and stretching and strengthening hamstrings, glutes, calves, quads, and hips. Prepare for race day with meditation for goal visualization and breath awareness.
In this workshop we’ll:
- move through yoga poses to develop balance and foot and ankle health
- stretch and strengthen hamstrings, glutes, calves, quads, and hips
- learn asana for postural awareness
- practice pranayama to cultivate breath awareness and control
- end with guided meditation for goal visualization
No prior yoga experience needed. This workshop is be open to all levels of runners, whether you are running in a marathon event or just starting to run.
