2026 NFL Draft Source Program
The 2026 Draft Source Program is a procurement program run by the NFL in partnership with the local organizing committee that looks to engage event-ready, local and diverse businesses within a 10-county Pittsburgh region to gain exposure to subcontracting opportunities related to the 2026 NFL Draft.
Applications Now Open
Pittsburgh regional businesses are encouraged to apply to be a member of the 2026 NFL Draft Source procurement program at 2026nfldraftsuppliers.com. Becoming a member is a competitive process, and acceptance within the program does not guarantee contracts and/or RFP invitations.
Applications are currently being accepted now through May 7, 2025. Selections for the program will be communicated at the end of June.

What type of businesses are eligible to participate?
Businesses that meet the characteristics below are encouraged to apply. Those who do not meet all criteria are eligible to participate in the program.
- Be a certified diverse business per federal guidelines (51% owned and operated by a minority, woman, person with disabilities, LGBTQ+ or veteran individual)
- Provide a product or service requested by the 2026 Pittsburgh Draft Source program
- Been in operation since April 2023
What business requisites are needed in order to be eligible for the program?
To be eligible for participation in the 2026 Draft Source program, a business must:
- Be the direct source of the goods and services offered
- Be in good standing and eligible to do business within the state of Pennsylvania
- Be headquartered in the greater Pittsburgh area (Counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington, Westmoreland)

The 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh will require a wide array of vendors, including but not limited to catering, food trucks, graphic design, large format printing/signage, promotional items, audio visual, carpet/flooring, décor, entertainment, event production, florals/plants/trees, golf carts, laundry services, photography/videography, port-o-lets, staging & lighting, talent trailers, temporary housing, temporary event staffing, tenting, traffic management, venues, white glove/concierge services, financial services, legal services, management & advisory (administrative), barricades/fencing, cable wire contractors, contract labor, electrical, equipment rentals (heavy), general contractors, janitorial services, management & advisory (construction/permitting/safety), scaffolding, shoring, temporary structures/containers, waste removal, management & advisory (broker), transportation (freight), transportation (high-capacity passenger vehicles), management & advisory (security), security staffing/augmentation.
